Any advice in improving my writing score, and do you think I can get a 30 or higher? Do you think it's possible, or do you think I've hit my max? What should I do to improve?

It’s hard to improve significantly over a short period of time. It’s possible though that you could get a 30, but you should not fret over it if you don’t.

Practice a lot of timed tests and aim for 31. In my state (MO) you get Bright Flight Scholarship for four years if you get 31 composite so that might be an incentive. I am not sure about your state though but it is worth finding out.
