Is it more difficult to transfer to UCI from UCR/UCSC or from community college?

I figured it would be easier to transfer in from a UC, but you only need a 3.4 GPA from an community college for an guarantee transfer to UCI. I’m pretty sure that community colleges are generally less rigorous than UCs.

Also for the guarantee transfer, are there higher standards for impacted majors such as computer science?

If you look at the UC Tag matrix, some UC’s do have higher GPA requirements for impacted majors, but all majors at UCI require a 3.4 GPA.
