When my parents were house shopping several years ago, we looked at several houses that actually had urinals in them. Also, some of our dorms at school have urinals in the dorm bathrooms (I’m talking suite-style dorms, where 4-6 peole share a bathroom- not hall style).</p>

The girl is nuts for knocking on your door to get you to do that. However, why can’t you just do it immediately after you’ve gone?
To answer your question: it should be your duty to lower it, and not a girls duty to raise it because guys use toilets with the seat down too. Last time I checked, everyone has to sit when they do #2.</p>
