I'm applying to a university in Western PA that I'm pretty sure I'd be very happy with--that much isn't my concern--but I'm intrigued that they don't appear to be waiving their requirement of having my high school transcript sent to them. To make matters short: I already have a Bachelor's and even took a graduate-level course before concluding that I was in the wrong field, and I graduated from High School in 2003. Feels like forever ago. Well, that, and I was a terrible high school student, despite my collegiate success...

Colleges usually ask for a HS transcript for transfers; but you sound like you’re applying for a second bachelor’s, not a transfer.

They classify second bachelor’s students as transfers, which may be the reason for confusion. Hmm… I’ll call them again and clarify my position and see if that changes things.
