Is it ok if I skip the PSAT?

Hi all,
I am a high school junior, and I have the PSAT scheduled next week. I already took the SAT on October 2, and am not planning to retake it. I also don’t qualify for scholarships from taking the PSAT since I am not a US citizen/PR. So, I didn’t see any point in taking it. Do you think it’s ok for me not to take it? Will it show up on my college board account that I skipped? Also, I’m planning to apply for summer programs in 2022, and I saw that some summer programs requires you to list ALL scores (PSAT, SAT, AP). I didn’t study for the PSAT at all so I am not certain that I will get a good score, so I thought it would just better if I don’t take the PSAT next week (and thus don’t need to list it on my application for summer programs).
Thanks! Any advice is appreciated.

If you’re happy with your SAT score and don’t qualify for National Merit designation, then I don’t see a reason why you should take the PSAT. Summer programs should be fine with SAT scores.

No, there is no reason for you to take the PSAT.
