is it ok if the activities section formatting is a bit off?

Hey guys
I’m a little worried. I formatted the extracurricular section a little weird, i think.

I put each activity as such as
Ex: Member, Future Business Leaders of America (9,11,12) so i kinda just repeated the grade levels participated.

and some stuff are like Badminton, Member, Badminton Club (9,10)…

and the description for each was sort of lacking. I figured they were self-explanatory.

Is this okay? Can something be done about it?
