<p>Yes you can, it's okay... but eventually you will have to go back and cancel one of the "YES" SIRs and you will lose your deposits... that's it.</p>

<p>If you have submitted your SIR... go to the homepage and it tells you that you can make changes. If you press the "make changes" button, you can still decide to say "NO" even if you already sent in a positive "YES" SIR. Nothing is for sure until May 1st.</p>
<p>So submitting YES without the $100 deposit is not considered an "official" SIR right? </p>
<p>I accidently clicked YES SIR on the UCR site when I tried to log out but it didn't ask for my $100 deposit or my credit card .....</p>
