Is it Okay? Please help.

<p>Is it okay to only send the ACT? I did not do as well on the SAT and i would prefer not to have to send it in with my subject tests, so does the ACT meet the testing requirements?</p>

<p>I have read the Yale statement but it is rather equivocal on the issue.</p>

<p>yeah, the ACT with writing will fulfill Yale’s standardized testing requirements</p>

<p>it may be a little cheaper as well vs. collegeboard.</p>

“If you will not be taking the College Board SAT Reasoning Test and SAT Subject Tests to meet Yale’s testing requirement, you may substitute the examination administered by the American College Testing (ACT) Assessment Program (Code No. 0618).”

<p>Yes this makes me feel so much better. I got a 34 on the ACT, but only a 2070 on the SAT. Yale is my number one choice so yay!</p>
