While I was browsing other RD schools, I found out that it was also a bit, a lot similar to Dartmouth’s supplement prompt that every name carries a story.

why not? My kids repurposed supplemental essays when appropriate. You many need to change the opening or closing, or some details.
Yes, as long as you do not make the mistake that has actually happened tin the past – make sure you check the essay for any reference to the college so that, in your case, there is nothing referring to Dartmouth in the essay you send to Yale and vice versa for the essay sent to Dartmouth…
No problem, my kids recycled essays a lot. In fact my kid’s Georgetown essay didn’t get him in there, but did get him into U of Chicago.
