Congrats…that’s an awesome accomplishment. I will share our experience. My son also got a 36. As it turns out, it was the first in his schools history. So the minute they saw his score, they went to his class and told him…and all his classmates. Later that day at pep rally…the principal announced it to the ENTIRE school. Then on the Sunday night call, she told every parent over the weekly phone message. He was mortified. He is a private person…he is not Val, Sal or top 5%…so I guess those things are not necessarily correlated…I do believe that this sort of news travels, often in ways that you don’t expect. Just remember post #21…
I think I shared too much when I did well on the GRE, because my dad (a professor) told me to cool it! That was humbling.
