Is it okay to write about fashion?

<p>I'm very involved with fashion through my extra-curriculars. I've had two fashion internships, I write a fashion blog, and I volunteer backstage at fashion shows. I would really like to write about the experience of styling my first show. Will that come off as too shallow, or is that an okay topic? Is there an appropriate way to write about this?</p>
