**note, I know my test scores and gpa are awful I feel bad enough about them :-<
So I hope to eventually go to med school and become a doctor but I’m a junior now and only have a 2,8 (unweighted) gpa. I’m taking one ap class this year (ap lang) and my first two years I was in all standard. I know I really messed up my first two year because I simply was unfocused and unmotivated. My sat + act scores are 1550 and 26, while my extracurriculars are lifeguarding, teaching swim lessons, executive board member for key club, mentorship (tutoring), and I’m in the process of getting my emt certification (I’m gonna start volunteering at my local fire department in the spring). So I was wondering if I have ANY chances of getting into these schools also do all these schools have comprehensive pre med programs? …

All schools offer the premed prereqs. There is nothing special about them. They’re the staple bio, chem, physics, etc classes that the other STEM students take. Nothing special.

Why do you want to become a doctor?
Why do you want to attempt the premed prereqs when you aren’t a strong student?
Do you realize that it’s not very likely that you will do well in those classes? Do you realize that you’re going to need a VERY high GPA to get into med school and a strong MCAT score?

What is your home state?
You have a lot of expensive OOS publics on your list. What are your parents saying about how much they’ll pay each year for college? Have they agreed to pay all the OOS costs?
How did you come up with this list?
