<p>Yes, you can transfer, look into the CODO process and talk with your advisors asap. As for course difficulty, I do not know, but prepared to be challenged.</p>

<p>As in the course work? I do not know. I find it decently challenging, but definitely not impossible, and I’m in Civil Engineering.</p>

<p>I just talked to a guy in CS he told me that if i have the requirements in CODO i am in!</p>
