1. Whether it make sense to apply to two different colleges with intentions to do two different major.
2. How to accomplish the above using the common application.</p>
<p>The intended major form on the common app is just an estimate of where you think you might want to major. Don't worry about what you put for that.</p>
<p>Oftentimes the Supplements will have an additional place for you to put exactly which major you are looking at based on what majors that particular school offers.</p>
<p>That means the intended major on the common application can be left blank and only fill the supplemental intended major.</p>

<li>You can send one major to one school and then go back change the major and send it off to the next. You don't have to submit the commonapp to all your colleges at once.</li>

<p>be careful about that; the instructions this year say that once you hit submit to any college, your application is locked and you can't make any changes to it</p>
