I was wondering if it would be possible to switch my term from fall to spring. I figure most people want fall term, so spring term won't have as many people and will have more spots.

Does anyone know if this is possible?

sorry for my interrupting, but how different are terms from high school semesters?
And if the spring term has more spots, I guess if you talked to them they could switch you, but I don’t know.

Well it’s usual for the admissions office to receive term change requests from spring to fall or summer. However, I have never heard of someone wanting to go from fall to spring? It’s actually really possible though and your request will most likely be guaranteed since there’s not that many people in the spring term. Just call them to request it.

One of my friends a little while back got accepted for deferred admission, meaning he was rejected from Fall but accepted for Spring, the admissions office did this on its own (he never requested it) so I think that’s how they fill up spring class; there might not actually be many more spots.

To answer Seahawks question, florida’s spring semester runs from early january to late April or early may; fall term is from mid august till early december. It’s pretty similar to the standard highschool schedule, I believe.
