Is it possible to become a resident of Florida and finish highschool in Massachusetts

I wasn't sure where to put this...

I'm graduating high school in Massachusetts in three years (2015) and I want to attend college in Florida. The out of state tuition for fsu (the college I want to go to) is $ 32,771, plus its bound to go up by the time I graduate. I have a relative who lives in Florida, as well as one of my mom's friends. Is it anyway possible to become a resident of Florida and finish high school in Massachusetts? I plan on moving in with them if I can't live on campus. Is it possible to "live with my relative" although i'm really living in Massachusetts. Also, what colleges/universities in Florida consider you a resident if you live on campus after a year, if any? P

It’s probably not possible. If FSU sees that you attended college in MA and your parents live there (or your legal guardians), they won’t consider you a resident. It will also be difficult to declare residency after just a year.

No you cannot.
