<p>Is it possible to change the submitted SCHOOL FORMS? My teacher has submitted school form to one institution. So is she able to modify and upgrade the content for other unis?</p>

<p>If you teacher is using the Common App Online school forms system, no. She submits a single Teacher Evaluation (with recommendation) and that same submission is sent to any college to which you assign that teacher.</p>

<p>Ana1 - No, a different version of your Common App is just the Common App, not school forms or anything else.</p>
