Yes, you can double major at NYU, BUT, (and it's a big but!) if one of those majors is in Tisch, then you have to apply and be accepted to Tisch first, then arrange the double major with your advisor once you're enrolled. Tisch kids can double major in CAS but CAS kids cannot major in Tisch. I'm not positive that pre-law is one of the possible double majors for Tisch kids but I know lots of Tischies who major in CAS. You can't apply to both colleges, NYU only allows one application to one college.

Is there are "pre-law" major? I don't think so. But your Tisch advisor can tell you what courses law schools require so you can take them. You can double major, but I don't think pre-law really requires a full second major.

Can GSPers double major if both majors are offered at the school they will go into as juniors? (I know double majoring across schools as a GSPer is pretty much impossible)
