<p>I know a lot of colleges offer singles to freshman who have an illness that makes it uncomfortable to live with other people. I tried to discover whether or not Purdue also offers this but was unable to find any info on it. Is anyone aware if they offer this and if there is a list of illnesses which qualify someone?</p>
<p>I believe that it is possible depending on what it is.
From the information I can find, when you apply for your housing contact, there is a box about disabilities that should be taken into consideration when you apply for housing, then you download a form and it has blanks to list conditions and get signatures. It says the form was due on March 1st, but I am sure you could call and ask them about it.</p>
<p>As long as you have a doctor fill out a form confirming this illness, Purdue should look into it. For new students Housing Contracts are due my May 5th.</p>
