<p>Hey guys, if any of you remember I was appointed to the class of 2013 and declined. Now I am reapplying for class of 2016 (yeah, I know it's early in cycle haha). Oh, and I don't regret not going, I will be a way better cadet for the years I have had to mature.</p>
