Classes like finance 300, marketing 300, lhc 350

you have to be an idiot

lol thanks for answering the question bearcats.

I’m just wondering if it is even possible…

Unless they’ve inflated the curve over the years it is definitely possible. bearcats thinks the average person is an idiot.

^ The average person would get a B+ if not an A-…that’s how upper level ross classes are curved. So to get a B- you are almost if not a full standard deviation below the average person…yea…that’s pretty much the description of an idiot

***, 3.4 for B+'s, 4.4 for A+'s, classes curved to B+/A-, does the school perform ridiculous grade inflation on purpose?

It’s a core class – you can technically get below a B-. That is virtually impossible in an elective, but I believe it can happen in a core course.

I took a ross elective and received a B-minus. This is how I did it… There were three exams (I skipped one). There were 3 short papers - I missed two of them. I never went to class (participation was 15%). Basically, I was planning on withdrawing from the class because I was sick and so I skipped all of the above assignments, and then I decided to stay in the class and I got a B-minus.

anyone want to bet LDB started umstudent11 to dog on ross lol…

lol how embarrassing.

“anyone want to bet LDB started umstudent11 to dog on ross lol…”

I was thinkng the exact same thing…

"anyone want to bet LDB started umstudent11 to dog on ross lol… "

lol that is not true… I have another user name but it gives some personal info about me (name of my fraternity, high school name, ect). So I figured I would make a new one for this post.

I’m not lying about my situation either. I’m an econ major here and I’ve taken a few accounting/finance classes from ross.

we all understand that LDB is a ****ing moron. Now please leave, the door is ----------------------------> that way

You’re an idiot - I have no idea who LBD is…

Ross core classes (fin 300, mkt 300, ect) are curved to a B+. The exception to this are the two intro to accounting classes (271 and 272). These two are curved to a B-.
Ross electives (Acct 312, 315, ect) are curved to a A-. It is ALMOST impossible to get less than a B- in these classes and that is a fact. I truly missed about half the assignments because I thought I was dropping the class and I pulled a B- in the class. I know nothing about the class that I took when I was finished.
