<p>I can only speak specifically about Tulane. We did not apply for any financial aid at any of the schools my D applied to and were surprized when Tulane offered, I think it was, $17k a year, their second level of merit aid. While excellently qualified in many ways, on paper the few highlights you presented about yourself exceed hers (at least as to those parts of the equation). So the answer is definitely yes.</p>
