Is it possible to go from a 3.62 to a 3.75?

So Im an incoming Junior and have 5.5 credits left and slacked off Sophomore year which dropped me from a 3.7 to a 3.62. I will be taking 3 AP’s and honors next year and was just wondering if its possible to go up to at least to a 3.75? Thanks! :slight_smile:

Will you only be taking 6 classes or will you be taking more?

@Madeline25 8 classes

I think it is definatly possible if you work hard!

You can definitely do it. I had around a 3.65 by the end of sophomore year. I took three aps junior year and got straight As counting the ten points. Except physics and ap Lang. I got natural As in physics both semesters and a natural A second semester for ap Lang. The rest, natural Bs. By the end of jr year I had a 3.85. Jr was hard but it’s not stressful to the point where you’re pulling all nighters everyday(i did pull a few but I procrastinated). Most nights I was in bed by 10pm but there were plenty of nights where I was up late until midnight or later (I normally start hw/studying at 3:30-4). As long as you put in the effort you can raise it. It’s not that hard tbh.

@Madeline25 thank you!

You can do it! I started my junior year with a 3.84 and ended it with a 4.08!

@heisenberg2016 I’m definitely feeling better about the next school year, thank you so much for responding :slight_smile:
