Is it possible to increase my SAT score by 200+ points?

I took the SAT this past March and scored an 1840. CR was 610, M was 550, and W was 680. I'm scheduled to take it again next month. I want to get at least a 2050 on my next test. I'm mostly worried about my math section. It's not that I struggle with math, but when I do not have any math classes, I get out of practice with thinking in a mathematical way, and I fail to understand even pretty basic Algebra problems.

I do not have calculus or AP Stats until next semester, so I won't have had a math class for many months when I go to take the SAT. How can I improve my math score? How does one even study math? Should I talk to one of my old teachers about helping?

I feel fairly confident on the other two sections because I am currently in my second AP English class and the skills should transfer.

I have two practice test packets that I received from my guidance counselor. Should I just go through them like I'm actually taking the test, then go to teachers with questions about the wrong ones? I feel stupid asking, but I really do not know how to study for this, and the SAT seems to be at higher stakes than AP tests, so I'm pretty anxious.
