Is it possible to self-study for Calculus AP in 1 month with a guide?

I was wondering whether it is possible to self-study AP Calculus with a guide in 1 month. Please give your opinions.

Doable, but not at all easy.

In addition to mastering the topics and their applications, it takes some practice in order to differentiate or integrate a weird-looking function.

My question now is, why only 1 month?

For what purpose?

I want to write AP this year in May, and if I’m not wrong it happens only once a year. So this is my only chance.

I understood that, but why?

I want to write AP because I think it will help me in getting accepted into good colleges in the US.

Nope. AP scores carry little to no weight in college admissions; they are used primarily for credit and/or placement. Many high schools, including elite private schools, have eliminated AP courses from their curriculum, and yet, their graduates still get accepted to top colleges. No AP’s are required.

^skieurope is right. AP test scores are mostly for gaining college credit for intro courses (in this case single-variable calculus), or placement, not for admissions. Additionally, some colleges only give credit from the BC exam, meaning you will have to learn AB and BC topics.

What year are you? If you’re a junior, you still have next year.

Also, the AP exams are more than 3 months away. I have tutored calculus before, and I can say that 1 month to learn even the calculus AB topics and be familiarized with applying differentiation/integration rules is quite difficult.
