Okay, so I skipped about 25 questions on the MC. I know, I'm an idiot. Our counselor cut us off 8 minutes early, and I, being the idiot that I am, had been waiting till the end to fill in the ones that I wasn't so sure about. (We argued with her, but according to her, she did no such thing.)There are 100 ques. on the MC, and I think I did pretty well on the other ones. I also believe I did okay on the essays. Barring divine intervention, is there are possible way I could have received a 3?

I realize this is probably an insane question, but my teacher said that if we passed the AP exam that he'd replace our class grades (he was a pretty tough grader). I'm desperate for him to replace the C and B I got during the 2 different semesters, and I'm considering retaking the class.

Whoa are you serious, your teacher cut u guys of by 8min. Wow there are serious repercussions for that, if you can prove it to CB. But back to your q. I guess depedning on what test. for example On chem u need a 50 out of 75 on mc for a 5 on that section. So i guess its well possibe for u to get a 3 as long as you did fairly decent on FR. So i guess you could get a 3 but its pretty shaky. It all depends on how u did on the rest of the mc and the FR.

Sorry, haha, I forgot to mention the exam. It was for Biology.

Yeah, we were all kinda angry. We tried to tell her, but she said that we were keeping time wrong. That would seem plausible if there weren't eight different people with eight different watches! I'm not really that mad now though; I didn't know the answers anyway.

For bio, you still have a great shot. If one gets around 70/100 (including the -.25 for wrong answers) on mc and has decent free response they could easily get a 5. So, depending on your FR and how well you did on the mc you did answer, you could quite easily get a 4, and its not impossible to get a 5.

I didn't know all the answers for Bio and I got a 3(I got my scores yeaterday in the mail). I thought I wouldn't pass. Most likely, you'll at least get a 3.

Yeah definitely, in fact I think the PR book said that you can pass by skipping 25 questions, getting some more wrong, and getting like 3 points per essay questions.

Before the AP and SAT, I always check how many I can skip when I do practice tests in order to get the score I'm aiming for.

Okay, so the last post makes me fee like an idiot. I got a 2! A 2! How many did I miss for goodness sakes? I can't believe this! There's no way I missed so many. How long after you get your scores can you ask for a rescore?

well you said that of the 25 questions you skipped, you didn't know the answers to them anyway...maybe you didn't really know the material that well and maybe you really did get a 2..

^ See, that would make sense if I weren't so crazy ;).
I was pretty sure that I knew the questions I answered, or atleast the majority of them. Plus, I had pretty detailed answers to the FRQs. Now I'm freaking out because a pencil I used doesn't say number 2 on it, and I don't remember which exams I used it on! This is what frustrates me; I'm obsessing and I have an awful memory!

Any who, I doubt I'll send it for a rescore. I am poor right now, and I'd probably end up getting a lower score with my luck!
