I’m currently a second year at four year university, and I am planning to apply for a spring transfer to Cornell this fall. Hence when I start I’ll be in my second semester of my third year. My question is would my application even be considered? I don’t mind loading up on classes/taking summer courses/or even staying another semester if need be to catch up, but I’m worried Cornell won’t even look at my application. Does anyone know about this or has done this themselves?
You need to spend a Min of 2 full years at Cornell. Only suggestion is to transfer as a Sophomore. Call the college that you are consider transferring to and speak directly with the Admissions director for clarification.
