Is it possible to take Micro and Macro in same semester?

Hello, I was wondering if it’s possible to take Micro and Macro in the same semester at a university. I am going to have the same professor as the teacher for both classes (if that helps). Also, If it is not possible to take Micro & Macro at the same time, what would be a good substitute for that class (MAN 3025, BUL 3130, MAR 3032, MAN 3504, etc.) I was trying to do Principles of account, but the course is full.

I took both in college at the same time since it was two different disciplines. People can say you should study this after that.

If your school doesn’t require one as a pre-requisite for the other (which would be surprising ), there is no reason you can’t take them at the same time. My only caution is that if you do better managing your workload with a true mix of classes, these two have a similar feel in terms of the type of work. There are students who are happy having 4 history classes, and others who would prefer the variety of having a history, accounting, french, and psych class. That part is personal but worth considering.

My school doesn’t require either as a pre-req to the other. I’m fine with taking both at the same time, but was just wondering if there would be a “better” business class to take instead.

I loved econ but wouldn’t take them both at the same time. Plus, what if you don’t really like the prof who teaches both? Try to diversify your schedule.
