Is it possible to transfer from a four year university to USC

I’m currently attending ASU as freshmen, I want to transfer to USC or UCLA next year, is it possible? If so what do I have to do to meet the requirement? Thanks.

Yes. Deadline is Feb 1st to apply for Transfer Admissions via the Common Application. CommonApp.Org

Follow instructions for Transfer Applicants.

Good Luck

You might learn some things from this thread:

Also USC transfer info:

http://admission.usc.edu/transfer/prospective/

USC accepts a large amount of transfers from both cc and 4 years. USC has articulation agreement with ASU, it will give you class equivalencies. Enter ASU and Fall 2016 or 2017

Good luck!

An articulation agreement means guaranteed transfer admission. That is not the case here. The articulation list you posted gives course transfer equivalencies.

Thanks @tomsrofboston, I stand corrected, didn’t realize that cause USC has them listed as USC Articulation Agreements and refers prospects (including high school students) to these pages. I guess more accurate would be articulation history.

“USC’s current articulation agreements with California Community Colleges are available by geographical region and by college name. Articulation agreements list courses which meet USC general education categories and other core requirements, USC course equivalents, and all transferable courses. Courses not listed in the agreement may be appropriate for transfer in some instances.”

@CADREAMIN Regional differences. For example some CA students ask if a certain major at an east coast university is “impacted”. That is a CA term.
