Is it possible to transfer to UC Berkeley, EECS

I plan to transfer from community college(Mt. SAC) to UCB EECS, but there is one course my college doesn't have it.

EL ENG 40 Introduction to Microelectronic Circuits

From UCB EECS, it says "If you have attended a four-year or non-California Community College I can only suggest you check the course description in our General Catalog on line to see if it is similar to your course. Usually, we will give credit for admission purposes if the courses are similar, however, you would need to have the course officially evaluated by the department after you are accepted to determine subject credit to be given. Be sure to be as descriptive as possible when listing the course on the application."

Any idea or suggestion?.......Please~~~~@.@

Don't worry, my two CC doesn't have an equivalent for that course. You'll just have to take it at UCB after you transfer.

Hell, you can even take it at UCB during the summer semester preceding the semester for which you are admitted.
