is it possible to double major in pre med and pre law?
i am very interested in both of these topics, but i feel like pre med or pre law alone is very difficult and rigorous..
what are some other majors that i could take in place of pre law to double major in pre med and something else?

You do not need to "major in pre law." In fact most people recommend that you don't. If you want to go to Law school then you can pretty much major in anything. Not sure about pre-med but law schools take everything from math to philosophy to physics.

I wouldn't recommend double majoring if you're going pre-med. Pre-med is rigorous enough on its own. Of course there is time for electives but pre-med is one of the most time-consuming majors.

I believe there are some unique college programs that combine law and medicine (not as majors but as a combined program.) Someone else will have to help you look into that.

sure, it all depends on where you go.

For example, at USC, there is no "pre-law" or "pre-med" major. Instead, "pre-law" and "pre-med" are advisement tracks and recommended courses; that way you can be any major you want as long as you follow the track. You end up with a lot of pre-laws and pre-meds in engineering, etc. So technically as long as you follow both tracks and take courses in both you could feasibly set yourself up to apply to both law school and med school (though it's probably better to focus in on one)
