Is it possible?

Do you guys think it's possible for me to increase my SAT score from an 1890 to a 2100? I took the SAT for the first time in March after reading through the Princeton Review book and doing no practice tests.

My scores per section were:
670 CR
620 M
600 W (8 Essay, 61 MC)

I plan on buying the blue book and doing the practice tests in there over the summer and taking the SAT for the second time in October. Do you think it's possible for me to raise my scores to about 700 per section? I'm honestly surprised at my low math score considering I'm taking Pre-Calculus and am doing very well (my average for the first three quarters is a 97/98), so hopefully after doing practice I can get my math score up. Any other advice you guys have for studying would also be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
