GPA:3.0 overall
Sports: Varsity Football,Varsity Wrestling, Varsity Track and Field
Extra Crrs.: NHS, Male mentoring program at my school.
AP classes: AP BIO,
Honors Classes: Pre AP Geometry, Pre AP Calculus, Pre AP Spanish
Hook: African American, Dual Enrolled with Oakland University </p>

<p>Are you an in-state student? Your EC’s are solid, and your URM status will help, but your GPA is far below the average for admitted students. You also haven’t posted any SAT or ACT scores; Michigan will require either one or the other. Based on just this information, I hate to break it to you but it doesn’t seem likely. On another note, what other schools have you applied to? There are plenty of colleges in the U.S. and I’m sure you’ll get in somewhere. :)</p>

<p>If you’re serious about UMichigan, try their satellite campuses as well as the main one.</p>
<p>Well i forgot to mention it but i have a 22 on the ACT and i live in Detroit, MI</p>
<p>Probably not, but maybe somewhere a little less presteigous, but better in your field.</p>
