is it really okay that i retake SAT on january?

<p>I decided to retake my SAT reasoning test on the 24th of January because i didnt do well on my last test,
490 CR
530 W
720 Math</p>

<p>I'm applying to these universities :
Umich
UCB
Purdue
UT austin
Virginia tech
Uwisc madison
UW
penn state
minnesota twin cities</p>

<p>Then i realized that some of these schools demand that the score to come in not long after or even just beforet the 24th of January; for example: Umich, UW, uwisc-madison, minnesota twincities, virginia tech, and UT austin.</p>

<p>would it be okay, would my score count or would it be useless?</p>

<p>u better mail the admissions offices n ask them… i too am retaking the SAT in january… i have mailed all the colleges n informed them… n they said ok… except one or two… the best thing is to ask admissions urself… u should’ve done this before registering for the test… neways… better late than never…</p>
