Is it really the....

Easiest Ivy to get into, but the hardest to stay into?

Thinking about applying...still have time.

with that sort of mentality, I wouldn’t bother

^ I know right? I think the adcoms would sense is lack of interest and reject him. Sorry

Ouch. I was just wondering. not applying any who. Where you guys applying?

If you’re not even applying, what are you doing in the Cornell '14 board?

“Where you guys applying?”

Isn’t it obvious that we appliED to Cornell and got in?

hence the defensiveness xP

To answer all of your inane questions…

Mr. President:
No it’s not obvious actually. This forum is for prospective students too. The regular decision deadline is January 2nd, so there is still time to apply. You can quite possibly be in the process of applying to Cornell in addition to another institution. Hence, my question, in which you kindly quoted. Thanks for that… as if you’ve never made a grammatical error.

malan98:
I am on this board to ask that very question that all of you seem to be taken back by. I only speak the truth. None of you have actually answered it. It must be true then…

Leegao:
I apologize if I offended you, but check the first amendment…I can ask what ever I want.

To answer everyone’s question: I was on the fence, but I decided Ithaca is too barren and cold.

Congrats to those who have been admitted.

I’ve actually heard that statement about Cornell being the easiest ivy to get into, but that’s about as inane as Pwilcox’s answers…

Congrats to those who got accepted! I applied RD that’s why I’m checking out the forum, but I think I want to be closer to the city, so I’m waiting on Columbia. I guessed I answered “Where you guys applying?” Hah.

Sorry Pwilcox for seeming bitter.

Cornell and Brown have roughly the same six year graduation rate. Sounding catchy doesn’t make it true.

I agree. Why does it matter if other students graduate? I think the most important question is whether or not you (the individual) will graduate and succeed.

Ithaca is too “barren and cold”? Dude, you applied to f’ing BOWDOIN in the ED round. It’s a great school and Brunswick is beautiful, but the town has a lower average temperature, gets more snowfall, and is much smaller than Ithaca. Is the school you liked enough to apply ED to also “too barren and cold”? Now stop ■■■■■■■■ the Cornell boards.

Ah, yes. I see someone has done some cyber stalking. 'tis a tad creepy.

And Greene that was quite bitter and your question doesn’t make any sense. I see you got into MIT (call me a hypocrite) you should be able to formulate better comprehensible questions.

Ok, I see that I am not welcome in the Cornell Community, so I shall leave. Laxbro out.

Cyberstalking /= taking the ~5 seconds to click your user name and hit “show all posts”. You just came here to ■■■■■ and you’re angry you got called out.

malan89 I don’t think that the “laxbro” will be attending cornell, he seems to be interested in the nescac schools. yes, I too, took the five seconds to click on his user name. By the way, I enjoy your ■■■■■■■■ reference. : )

It’s naive to offer up the first amendment as your justification for asking the question. I can just as well reply that my assertion is also protected under the first amendment, and that neither or us have to act on nor respond to what the other says, yet we’re still at where we started.

Some advice to everyone here aside from PWilcox: Maybe a fifth of SoCo would loosen you guys up.

That is all.

Hudson2010 summed up everything. Soak it in.

hudson2010 : whoa the Office much?

I just did some body shots off of myself and I still think “laxbro” is a d-bag.

You’re on the Cornell board and you don’t think we’ll get our Andy Bernard references? Tsk-tsk.
