I am planning to buy a SAT Bio prep book for my sister (originally planned to buy Barrons), but I heard that Cliffs AP Bio is way much better than other traditional SAT II Bio prep books. Should I buy Cliffs? How it is different from Barron's and other SAT Bio prep books?

If you are not taking AP Bio, I would recommend getting the Barrons. Simply because it follows the format of the SAT, and there are things one needs to know for the AP that are not necessary for the SAT. You can still buy Cliffs if you want, but focus on finishing Barrons.
