Is it required to join the Honors Program?

<p>Is it required to file an application to the Honors Program and join it? Or is it simply up to us?</p>

<p>Up to you. Most of the kids I know don't do it.</p>

<p>I'm pretty sure Honors is only by invitation. Although, I believe you can request an application if not invited to apply.</p>

<p>If you apply for the honors and get rejected will you still be admitted to UM?</p>

<p>Usually you aren't considered for LSA-Honors until you get into Michigan..</p>
