Is it required to put dual enrollment on my UC application?

So I took Introduction to Marketing in my fall semester of senior year, however, I forgot to put it in my UC application. This class is non A-G and does not give me UC transferable credits. I submitted a form to UCSC but I am afraid this mistake could get me rescinded because this is the fourth mistake I made on my application. Will this get me rescinded? Please help!

You are required to submit all HS and College transcripts upon enrolling at any UC. If the Marketing class is on a transcript, you are required to submit it as part of your provisional admission contract regardless if it is UC transferable. There is a Clearing house that has a record of college courses taken so just inform UCSC of the course. Better to let them know now than have them find out you purposely left it off your application and did not send the transcript. If it is a non- transferable class it should not be an issue.

Is there a chance I would get rescinded because of this issue?

If you got a poor grade, it could. Why don’t you want to report it? You don’t want to give them cause to wonder what else you are leaving out of your application.

I submitted a form that explained why I received an FW and they said that my admissions will not be canceled. I did not include it on my UC application because my counselor told me beforehand that it was not required because the class I took did not give me UC credits and also because it wasn’t a requirement for my A-G classes. I had emailed them explaining the situation before but I thought that submitting a form would be better.

Keep any documentation you receive from UCSC regarding this issue and if they said everything is OK, then believe them.

Non a-g courses or non UC transferable courses should be listed under the activities section of the UC application especially if the course shows up on your transcript. Better to cover all bases, but it looks like UCSC has been informed so just send the final college/DE transcript.

From the UC Website:

since this is my fourth mistake on my UC application, could this increase my chances of getting rescinded?

You stated that UCSC has been informed of the mistakes or is there more? If you notified UCSC and have documentation stating your acceptance stands, then why are you worried about being rescinded?

Does UCSC want you to also submit the update form or is your email submission sufficient?

I submitted a form about receiving an FW but on the form, I did not state not including it on my UC application because of the 100-word limit. I sent a follow-up email but it was not official and they asked that I fill out a form on it. I’m afraid because on the official form I did not state that I sent an email explaining it and I don’t know if it is the same person who read my email evaluating my form.

Since UCSC is aware of the FW, sending the form might be a formality so I would submit it. I am sure that everything will be fine.
