You could qualify for the Blue and Gold Scholarship depending upon your parents income.

No you cannot add any more campuses past the Nov 30 deadline.
Depending on your income, you may qualify for more than what you think. I also think you might qualify for the Blue and Gold scholarship.
You may qualify for a Cal grant.
Make sure you fill out the FAFSA after January 1st for your other schools.
