Is it still possible to change the school you're applying to?

I applied to SEAS because it was what I wanted at the time...however, although I still want to pursue a science/math related track, the major I want is in CC. I couldn't find any e-mail info so I don't know who to contact if I should at all. I don't want to wait to see if I get accepted to switch b/c I know it's practically like being a transfer student, so that would be a nuisence if I get accepted and decide to go there. The concentration I want to pursue is one of their less popular majors however, so I don't want to jeopardize my chances by asking to switch my application and having them just throw out my application altogether....

basically, what should I do?

They are probably still evaluating applications now, call the undergrad admissions office and tell them to change it for you. However, when you call, try to talk to one of the representatives in the office rather than the work-study people that are also working there, and try to get contact information so you can follow up on whether the change has been made.

Contacted them. Pretty sure everything’s all set. whew
