i just found out that there is something called the Common Application! :S that’s why i couldn’t find the Teacher Evaluation or the Counselor Evaluation forms for some of the universities i am applying to. now i found them in the Common application, can i still ask my College Counselor to send them? is it too late?! does it mean that i will not be able to apply to those universities and stay at home for the rest of the year?! 3 of my deadlines are the 15th of Jan and the rest are the end of Jan or end of Feb… someone please help me!!!

No need to panic. Just give your teachers and the guidance counselors their forms to fill out and sent to your prospective colleges. The colleges will give you some leeway of the recs are late. However, just make sure that YOUR part of the application gets to the college by the deadline.

BTW, the common app is a wonderful thing. You are filling out all of yoru stuff one time, doing all of the supplemental stuff (if your college needs it) then you are finished.

Thank you so much! you know? i was just about to jump off from the roof, it was you who came and pulled me back, you saved my life! Thanks. happy new year!
