is it technically possible to.....

is it technically possible to double major in MCB (track 1) and IB? as long as there is fewer class one class overlap between the two major?

Yes, it is technically possible. Why did you think it wouldn’t be?

what does IB stand for?

Integrative Biology

so, should I do that?
given 6 course = major
and 5 course = minor in nutrition
Should I double major in IB and MCB or major in MCB and minor in nutrition.
I am not pre-whatever, just want to have the biology knowledge, or maybe I will study nutrition in the future day…

Um…depends on what you like to study more.

But really, what’s the point in doubling in MCB and IB? If you choose the CDB emphasis under MCB, you can take a TON of upper-div IB courses that fulfill the MCB major AND have the basis in the molecular side of biology. Doubling in MCB and IB is sort of a waste of time, and as far as resumes go, having those two majors in tandem says absolutely nothing.
