Hey I'm and eighth grader and next year I am going to take Trig honors. I 've never taken a semester math course. Is it a really hard adjustment? Do you have a ridiculous amount of hw?

To be blunt, that's a ridiculous question. Every school's trig honors (if they even have such a class) will be different. My school only offers algebra II w/ trig and that class' difficulty level is different from other schools around me. That being said, in general I think around alg II/trig and up the math starts to get a little proportionately harder.

Trig is actually very easy.

yea i agree. HS math in general is pretty doable and easy. Give it a shot and if trig honors at your school is too difficult, you can always drop and take an easier class...

Trigonometry will destroy you. You'll probably be forced to repeat the class year after year throughout high school until the state could legally drop you from public education.

^^^ Sarcasim!

You should be completey fine! Work hard, and it should be fine. Math did not even become close to difficult till Calc. You should be fine! IF not, drop down!
