Is it to late?

Is it to late for me to apply to an Ivy or a school like Northwestern and actually have a small chance of getting in? Or would it be a complete waste?

Stats:

GPA: 3.9
ACT: 29
Rank: Top 5%
ECs: TONS

If that helps.

Thanks and be honest!

no of course not. If you have excellent junior and senior year grades you have an excellent shot. Your class rank and extracurriculars will help you out in addition to grades. Your ACT score is actually in the middle 50% of ivy league students (about 28-32)

Any ideas on where else I should apply? I want to apply to 2-3 more I think. Preferably top tier schools or so.

If it helps I want to major in accounting and finance.

what do you want to study in college?

Accounting/Finance

Sorry to double post but some researching I did give me the possible list of these schools:

Penn
Cornell
Northwestern
Georgetown
Notre Dame

I’d like to cut it down to 2-3 and any other suggestions would be great.

Here are the best Schools for Accounting, Business, Finance. Pick schools from this list. It dosen’t appear that Notre Dame is a good school to study a business field at
