Is it too late for me to decide to go into medical school?

I am finishing my last semester at a community college and will be graduating with an associates degree is psychology this may, and am planning on transferring elsewhere to complete undergraduate. The past year I have grown increasingly passionate about becoming a doctor instead of a psychologist, is it too late to make this decision? I have not taken any sciences except for chemistry 1, but have (obviously) taken many psych-related classes. I will graduate with a GPA of 3.95. My concern is my lack of biology/chemistry knowledge, will I be able to learn enough to do well on the MCAT in just a year or two of classes? If so, what would be some good steps to start taking/considering as of now?
Edit: I don’t know if it is relevant but the chemistry class was not the class I got below a 4.0 in, that was actually English 101 class. I did good in chemistry and enjoyed the class.
Edit (again): Also, will the fact that I started at a community college make a different? I am not planning to go anywhere flashy afterwards- probably either Geneseo or Binghamton which are both state schools (though the best state schools in NY if anyone is familiar with them).
