Is it too late for me to do up my chances for UCLA? :(

I am currently a Junior in high school and my unweighted GPA is a 3.25 at this precise moment in time. I am ranked 40/409. I know it's extremely low. I was supposed to bring it up this year but that did not work as I planned.

These are the classes I have taken so far and the grades I got for them:

Grade 09:
English 1A: A/A
Algebra 2: B/B
Leadership: A-/A-
Computer/Geography: A/A
Spanish 1: B/A-
Biology: B/A-

Grade 10:
English 2A: C+/A-
AP Calculus AB: C-/C- (Took it again over summer at a community college and got a B)
Leadership: B-/A
Spanish 2: A-/B-
Chemistry Honors: A-/A-
World History: A-/A-

Grade 11:
AP English 3: A
AP Statistics: B-
Leadership: B+
Spanish 3:: B-
Photo 1: A+
Physics: C
AP US History: B

This is what my senior year schedule might look like:
0 - APES
1 - APES
2 - AP Art History
3 - Physiology
4 - AP Economics/We the People
5 - AP English 4
6 - Open/Tennis class

I took the PSAT and my score was an 1870. I just took the March SATs and I am hoping for higher than an 1870. I want to break 2200.

Extra Curricular (counting the upcoming senior year):
Tennis - 4 years
Key Club - Co-founder, Secretary(jr year), President (sr. year), 2 years.
Junior Exchange - 2 years, Secretary (Junior + Senior year)
Leadership - 3 years
MUN - 2 years
NHS - 3 years (will run for an office position)

Should I retake Physics over summer at a community college to bring up my C? Is there anything else I can do to have a chance to be admitted into UCLA?

I feel as if I have ruined my entire schooling career because of my grades.

Junior Exchange is a volunteering club, by the way. I can’t edit the post so I’ll just post it here.

Bumppp bump bump bump?

Hmm, it might be a bit difficult for you.
I’m not trying to be mean, but your ECs are in the right place, just that the GPA is probably not what UCLA is looking for. Sorry.
