Is it too late for transfer to submit the app?

<p>I'm from oos and <em>wanting</em> to apply to UCLA and UCB as a transfer. However, I think I passed the deadline to apply as a transfer for Fall 2014...is this true? The whole UC application is honestly very confusing to me...</p>

<p>I wouldn’t fret on it OP. OOS tuition for the UC’s isn’t worth it IMO.</p>

<p>Actually they said on their site something like on rare occasions if you had a problem that you could not apply originally during the app period they will consider accepting your app like hospitalization, military leave, etc…</p>

<p>I’m not sure if UCLA or UCB would accept that late application but I know the mid tier UC’s accept written late applications according to their sites.</p>
