<p>I REALLY want to study at Oxford...I currently attend a top 15 american university and im a sophomore.</p>
<p>people from my college have gotten into the programs already and I was wondering if it was too late to put in an app. i've been looking at different colleges and some deadlines have passed...they were in october.
also, is there a difference between the study abroad programme and the visiting students one? </p>
