Is it too late to raise my score?

I take the PSAT this upcoming Wednesday (my school had it delayed). When our school conducted a practice PSAT in May, I received the composite score of 216 (64 M, 72 CR, 80 W). Three days ago, I retook, and scored a 199 (the breakdown was roughly the same but my CR and W took a huge hit). I'm in a state of shock. I was sitting near my friends and was obviously not fully concentrated on the test. What's more, when I took the May PSAT and received a 216, I was in "SAT shape" per se, as I had just taken the SAT and had actually done some studying for it. My math consistently falls in between 640 and 680... it's very strange. Regardless, I did no studying over the summer and the results are a 17 point drop on my most recent practice PSAT. What can I do to get myself back in shape for the PSAT in less than a week's time? I have plenty of time after school/during this weekend to study, so if it involves double digit hours, I'm all in.

Please help!
