Looking on the requirements/deadlines for Early Action, it says that ACT/SAT score have to be received by November 1. Does this include AP scores? I just sent them today, and the College Board said it would be 7-14 days. Is it too late?

There is no need to submit AP scores until matriculation. In other words, it is too early to send AP scores.

The reason I sent the scores in the first place was to strengthen my app. One admissions representative I talked to said that the admissions counselors look at everything you send them, so I figured I might as well send my scores.

They will look at it but it is little impact on your admission. Most students would not even submit the AP score for admission application but just self report it as it is usually delivered to the registrar office anyway.

100% agree with the above.
